By using One Step, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and Pro subscribers.

One Step is an AI-powered goal-coaching tool that generates personalized action steps. The free tier provides 3 uses per day. The Pro tier provides up to 100 uses per day and additional features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

Billing: Pro is billed at $4/month after a 7-day free trial. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Free trial: The 7-day free trial gives full Pro access. You will not be charged during the trial period. Your card is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

Cancellation:You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be revoked.

Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of initial charge if you are unsatisfied. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us.

Access code: After subscribing, you receive an 8-character Pro access code. This code can be used to activate Pro on multiple devices. Keep this code safe — it is your proof of subscription. If you lose it, you can recover it using the email address used during checkout.

Price changes:We may change the subscription price with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Share, sell, or transfer your Pro access code to others for commercial purposes
• Post spam, offensive, or misleading content to the community feed
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service

By posting to the community feed, you grant One Step a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the service. You are responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.

The One Step name, design, and original content are owned by us. AI-generated responses to your inputs are provided to you for personal use. You may not reproduce or redistribute the service's design or code.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Step shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
